Where's Wally? (conhecido em Portugal como Onde está Wally?) é uma série de livros infantis criada pelo ilustrador inglês Martin Handford. Os livros consistem de uma série de ilustrações detalhadas em página dupla, retratando dezenas de pessoas a fazer uma variedade de coisas divertidas em um determinado local. Os leitores são desafiados a encontrar uma personagem chamada Wally escondida no grupo. A camisa listrada de vermelho e branco, o gorro e os óculos de Wally tornam-o um pouco mais fácil de reconhecer, todavia muitas ilustrações contêm 'pistas falsas', que envolvem uso ilusório de objetos listrados a vermelho e branco. Posteriores edições da longa série de livros acrescentou outras personagens para os leitores encontrarem em cada ilustração. Os livros também inspiram uma série de TV, uma banda desenhada e uma série de videojogos.

Where's Wally? (known in the United States and Canada as Where's Waldo?) is a series of children's books created by English illustrator Martin Handford. The books consist of a series of detailed double-page spread illustrations depicting dozens or more people doing a variety of amusing things at a given location. Readers are challenged to find a character named Wally hidden in the group. Wally's distinctive red-and-white-striped shirt, bobble hat, and glasses make him slightly easier to recognise, but many illustrations contain 'red herrings' involving deceptive use of red-and-white striped objects. Later entries in the long-running book series added other targets for readers to find in each illustration. The books have also inspired a TV show, comic strip and a series of video games.

This Wherigo converts your player device into a virtual version of the 'Reverse Geocache Puzzle Box', showing you only the distance to find out Wally. You may begin your search from any point in the São Miguel Island using your smartphone or Wherigo compatible GPSr device to reach Wally.

The Wherigo cartridge was created and developed by -Waldmeister-. 'The first Reverse Cache [WIG]' is the original geocache.

Your task is to find Wally by periodically querying your virtual 'Reverse Geocache Puzzle Box' for the distance to the initial location. Try to use it as few times as possible.
