When you travel a new city it helps to explore it by foot. But why not putting on the running shoes while doing this? It`s even more healthy
At 7:55 a.m. the sun will rise in Prague. I think this is a good time to start for a morning run, isn`t it? I spend a few days in Prague and during the morning a city has often a special flair! I`d like to feel this!
And why running alone? Maybe there are some geocachers in Prague, who want to join? That`s why I have the idea of this sporty mini-event!
I hope to meet some nice people, also to get some insider information for a 3-day geocaching/city-trip to Prague!
Here are the facts:
We meet 14th of january 2015 at 7:45 a.m. at the given coordinates ( I think this must be a very famous bridge... ). Sunrise and start is at 7:55 a.m. Our morning run goes to turning point 1...and then...to turning point 2 (see waypoints) and then back to the given coordinates. The Charles Bridge ist for warming up and cooling down... This route is about 10km. But we can also be flexible... a little bit... Fun and performance should be in balance. So I think we will be back on Karlúv most at 9:15 a.m.
After finishing the morning run at the famous bridge, we open the log book to sign in...it will be closed at 09:45 a.m. ...so the official time of the event is from 09:15 a.m. to 09:45 a.m., you can log the logbook then.
The requirement for Event-Caches says that running is optional. So, logging without running is also possible but for sure it is not as healthy! Who brings warm tea for the finishers?
RUNNING ON YOUR OWN RISK!
