Ils sont la propriété de la ville de Paris. Ils accueillent depuis 2013, pour un bail temporaire de 3 ans, le collectif d'artistes "La Main".

En remontant une centaine de mètres la rue Castagnary, vous verrez un joli trompe l'oeil en façade de bâtiment (voir waypoint).

Le collectif a quitté les lieux en juillet 2017 pour laisser place à des travaux. Les bains douches accueilleront des logements et un espace de co-working.
The collective has gone away in July 2017 to give way to construction work. The Bains-Douches will have appartments and a co-working space.
L'emplacement d'origine n'est plus accessible depuis mars 2018. Après une longue désactivation, la cache revient à côté avec un nouvel indice et spoiler.
The original place is not reachable anymore since March 2018. After a long disabling, the cache comes back near with a new hint and spoiler.

Les travaux sont terminés depuis quelques temps, la cache revient à son emplacement d'origine.
