The City of Edgerton has quite a few parks to explore and enjoy. They are designated as mini, neighborhood, community, special use, or conservancy style parks. Most have basic equipment and some green space while others are larger and are suited for sporting activities and offer greater recreational opportunities.
Old Racetrack Park, a sulky horse racing track many years ago. The park is now considered a multi-use community park and is the largest in town - around 50 acres. The park offers a variety of things to do for everybody. There is playground equipment, a nature trail that winds its way along the north and west side of the park alongside Saunders Creek, shelters with picnic tables, softball diamonds, a baseball diamond, a little league diamond, soccer fields, a disc golf course, skate park equipment, horse shoe pits, and a tractor pulling track. The Edgerton Conservation Club has it's clubhouse and trap shooting range on the far west side and manages and maintains a whitetail deer pen right near the entrance of the park.
