Geocache Description:

Summit of Manoa Middle Ridge Trail.

Great starting point for KST crossover adventures like GC5J90X. Too bad it was archived... Anyway stay safe!

xTF prizes are Czech Wood Geocoins, trade fair!

How to get there?

Park somewhere close to the waypoint. As trailhead you may use the geocache The tunnel has been sealed. To get there, follow the directions in its listing. Easy stream hike. Once you get to the cache, if you follow the stream-bed, you'll do the Waikeakua falls hike. If you follow the steep trail up, you're heading for Manoa Middle Ridge Summit, that's what we want. Beginning is really steep, rest is ordinary ridge hiking to KST. Just below the summit you'll reach junction with the Olympus-Castle trail, follow the ribbons and ropes, go up to the summit and enjoy the stellar views!
