This is part of Ellie's Wanderings circular walk around Welwyn. A lovely walk to while away a few hours.
The footpath crosses the field, very obviously marked path, keep to the footpath across field. At the end you may wish to take a quick short cut to the right and head towards the group of trees that surround an interesting place that holds a few memories for some from the past. You are looking for a small clip lock box container, enough room for log book, pencil and small bits and bobs but sad to report that St Piran geocoin that was placed here to protect all the souls that rest here has been taken. This was NOT collectable so whoever took it should be ashamed of themselves..
