O cache está está escondido no local conhecido por PONTE DE PEDRA, podendo ser acessado pela ESTRADA DO PICO DO GAVIÃO, uma estrada de terra, mas normalmente sempre em bom estado de conservação, estando a aproximadamente 13 km da sede do município e a 1.110 metros de altitude.
O local é conhecido por PONTE DE PEDRA por se tratar de uma formação natural onde a rocha foi desgastada com a passagem da água, formando uma ponte natural, e usada pelos moradores da região na passagem de pedestres e carros.
