Come one come all to our 9th annual potluck holiday gathering where we will have a gift exchange and chat about our favourite topic: caching! Everyone is welcome to attend and as an added bonus, you can log it as a find!
To quote Dragonfreys circa 2007, "A good potluck rule of thumb is to bring enough in the dish to feed your family if that is all they ate. Many people attempt to feed the whole group and you end up with way too much food. The fun thing about potlucks is you never really know what is going to be there, but usually works out to be quite a variety. Also be prepared to list ingredients as required for those who suffer food allergies"
Once again, we will be having an optional gift exchange. Gifts should be between $10 and $20 (CDN). Please mark if it is a child's gift (age 10 and under). We'll do a separate exchange for the kids.

This year, we ask parents to bring a $5.00 donation for each of their children that they bring. When you arrive, you will fill out a form indicating your child's name, age and gender. We'll take care of the rest. (We heard that Santa wanted a smiley too and might make a ninja visit. You won't see him, but he'll be there!)
We will also be drawing for prizes from this summer's preform hiding challenge.
When posting your "Will Attend" to this event, please list what you are bringing and how many people are in your party.
Our venue has one oven for heating/re-heating of food and is equipped with all the amenities including a kids area. Please post a Will Attend if you are able to join us, as well as be sure to add it to your watchlist for changes and updates. A donation plate will be set out to help pay for the cost of the venue.
