Geocache Description:

Here's our third geocache in the Dunsford series at the very edge of the village towards the hamlet of Butts. If you keep on travelling this direction, down Boyland Road, you will end up at Dunsford Woods which is a beautiful place running alongside the River Teign. You can walk to Steps Bridge from there, with lots of picnic spots along the way.

Along this route, you might find some benches built to celebrate the coronation of HRH Queen Elizabeth II. There is also a selection of wildlife and farm animals to be seen nearby. Pay particular attention to the wood ant mounds along the path - these get very busy during the summer months.
