I have a soft spot for this location because one of the Littlest Geokid's homes is just up the lane, and after her heart surgery last year her first outing was a walk down the hill to visit the resident chickens here. So glad they're available for a city kid to experience...!
This amusing public art piece was conceived of and created by the folks who live in the adjacent house; some funding was apparently provided by the City of Vancouver's Greenest City Fund. To enjoy the Channel in High Definition, come by daylight and make sure you turn the channel selector several twists to provide the impetus for the show to start. (It's a bit tricky, so you may have to turn it more than the three times suggested.)
