Geocache Description:

gtlinford

The parish church of Saint Andrew is a Grade II* listed building and dates from 1215. In my opinion it is a rather magnificent building!

I've added two parking waypoints. Once you've parked, approach the church from "Parking 1". You will walk through the Quiet Garden. In the Quiet Garden, look at the bird bath. There is a plaque in commemoration of Eddie Luckock. Eddie died on AB/AC/DCCE [use DD/MM/YYYY format].

Also in the Quiet Garden is a plaque with a quote from Psalm 46. The year on the plaque is 200F.

Now enter the church yard and make your way to the opposite corner, where you will find a little gateway into the nearby park. Close to the gateway is the (rather overgrown) grave of Carlo Ambrosini. He died on GH/JK/19LM [use DD/MM/YYYY format].

Finally, inspect the church's main tower. How many blocked up windows are there on the whole tower? This is N.

The cache can be found at N52 CL.DG(A+E) W000 (H-G)M.(J+K-A)(F/N)(B/D)

It is a slightly longer walk from the church than you might expect because there are already a lot of caches in the area. You are looking for a "natural" hide. Please rehide carefully!
