The cache is close to a very large old tree, Sequoia, which is surrounded by old metal railings. There is no need to enter the enclose the cache can be reached from outside. It has a small logbook, no room for anything else so BYOP and tweezers will be needed.
Danesbury nature reserve covers several fields and is managed by Welwyn Hatfield Council and Friends of Danesbury Park with regular planned and published maintenance.
This field is known as Park Field and has many old trees and a wide variety of flowering plants which support insects and consequently, birds.
