Geocache Description:

The Trail's End, a CITO effort, short film, and long walk.

This Cache:

The Trail's End is a SciFi short film (Available to see on-line, rated MA for Obi-type language)

An android receives notice that he will be shut down on the following day, effectively ending his life. But an unexpected encounter may take his last day in a direction he wasn’t expecting. The story of Bonnie & Clyde is retold in a post-modern world. Like the story, this cache container was archived with its cache but now the SPACE crew is recycling it and have found a new use. It was found by Star Killer on one of his many time travels on his time-traveling-chopper, (and was caught time-speeding, doing 80 years/second in a 40 zone). This ammo can was originally on a long trail along the Tohickon Creek as the last stage in a multi called Power of 3. So we've made this a long walk, enjoy the end view as this comes to a steep end (because Starchild likes to climb things).

It must be noted, since Space Cowboy changed jobs, things have not been the same in 2081 as in the past, some kind of coding error, he says:

There is not now, but in 2081 there is a plan to air-condition the Grand Canyon.

The Watergate is not a hotel in Washington D.C., now it is a portal to an undersea kingdom, or so the Chancellor plans (someday).

Seeing-eye dogs are able and allowed to drive, and can still run faster than Boba-Cache.

Trekkie is the voice of Siri.

Bolt is a new action movie starring Scotty.

President Reagan did not stop the metric system from being instituted, but he did pardon Carmen San Diego.

This Series:

This cache is part of the SPACE 2081: A Geocaching Odyssey challenge.

This challenge contains one cache of each difficulty and terrain combination, plus a final cache which can be found only after finding all 81 caches that are part of the series. Each of those 81 caches will contain a code, which you will use as part of the puzzle to solve the FINAL CACHE.

All the members of the space team are actual cachers who are remaining anonymous for the moment. You can find more info on the series, as well as a complete list of released caches HERE. Please do not post hints or spoilers in your logs. Also, each cache must be signed by any individual cachers going for the final.

Good luck, may the force be with you, live long and prosper.
