If you think you may be coming, consider posting a "Will Attend" log. This would help me out alot. I've been asked by the establishment to provide an estimate of attendees. In this case, it would be better for me to over-estimate (and then have less people show) than to under-estimate (and then have more people show). Obviously, things happen ... plans change ... it's understood that "Will Attends" are subject to change. Thanks!

What:
Traditional meet and greet dinner event. Swap some caching tales. Exchange a trackable or two. All are welcome to attend. Note that while there is food and drink served at the location, none will be provided by the event organizer. Attendees are responsible for their own arrangements.

Additional details:
There's several places to eat nearby. BBQ, Pizza / Italian, and a few other choices. So feel free to stop by and just say hi, or sit and chat for a bit longer. Your call.

The first event I held was one year ago, GC4P388. So I'll be celebrating that as well. Hopefully there's muy muy to come ...

A note on trackables:
Before leaving without a trackable you came with, please check with the person who intends to pick it up from the event. Conversely, before leaving with a trackable you didn't bring, please check with the person who's dropping it off. Any trackables still in inventory after two weeks (October 25) will regrettably be marked as missing by the CO. Thanks.
