Following 2012's Berlin's Vertical Limit Extreme Event: Fernsehturm and 2013's Flash(light)mob Brandenburger Tor I'm back in Berlin to host my 98th cache event! Since I love the view across the city from the Funkturm Radio Tower, I'm holding this year's Flashmob event here, during the 10th Berlin Festival of Lights, when the tower is illuminated.

What: A Geocache flashmob event lasting just 15 minutes. Please bring a torch or camera, flashing bicycle light or lamp with which to flash!
Where: In front of the Funkturm Radio Tower, on its north side.
When: October 16th 2014, 20:00-20:15.
Who: Any Geocacher who'd like to come. New to caching or cache meets? You'll be made especially welcome.
Why: Because I enjoyed the three events I held in Berlin in 2011, 2012 & 2013 so much I wanted to do it again. With some pretty lights to see during my visit to Berlin again, and the Funkturm Radio Tower being one of my favourite sights in the city, this seemed the right time and place. The format was inspired by Mic@ & tarozwo's Flash(light)mob Potsdamer Platz event in October 2012.

Warum: Mir hatten damals die beiden Berliner Events im Jahr 2011, 2012 und 2013 sehr gefallen, so daß ich es gerne wiederholen möchte. Diesmal aber mit viel Licht, und das Funkturm Radio Tower ist eine meiner Lieblings-Sehenswürdigkeiten in dieser Stadt, Daher ist dies genau der richtige Ort und die passende Zeit. Inspiriert wurde ich durch den Flash(light)mob Potsdamer Platz von tarozwo + mic@ im Oktober 2012.
