Dating from the 13th century but rebuilt in 1882. The rebuild may have been situated either on a slightly different site or on a much smaller scale. Built of red brick with limestone ashlar dresings and plain tiled roof, the church consisted a nathex to the west and north side, nave with bellcote and apsidal chancel. The decorative 14th century door to the vestry is retained from the medieval church. The church is situated adjacent to an area thought to be the remains of a medieval manor house with moat and fishponds.
Note. The Church is now private property, you do not need to enter the church grounds to access the cache.
