Whether you captain a 4x4, off-road classic or a swashbuckling, modified vessel, here’s your chance to show it off. The event’s location is a scenic marina which is allowing the group free mooring, arrr, correction...free parking. Any vehicles left there after 9am are subject to a parking fee. The gathering will swap stories & discuss roads less navigated in the Ocala National Forest. Non-4x4 vehicles are welcome to attend this event, but should probably avoid joining the flotilla of off-road rigs when they set sail after the gathering. `
By 9am, wheeling buccaneers eager for booty will weigh anchor and follow the leader for a bit of pirate-themed fun. Custom pin-striping and dirt patinas courtesy of the forest are expected. Suggested cargo include a full gas tank, snacks and your GPS.
