We are aware after trying to find a Letterbox Hybrid that we hadn't done yet for the 7 Souvenirs of August, that there aren't many Letterbox Hybrids out there, so we decided to create our own and also make it a TB Hotel - so this is a large Letterbox Hybrid TB Hotel cache containing a stamp, an ink pad and a large logbook and pens, as well as a box for all sorts of trackables and another for swappables - so it's a good one for kids.
This cache is called Stanmer Heights TB Hotel, because although we have always thought of this area as Hollingbury, if you look on most maps, it is actually labelled as Stanmer Heights!
It shouldn't be too hard to locate, but you will have to be ultra careful, as there are generally quite a few muggles about!! The difficulty rating reflects this. The CO lives here, so don't worry about being seen from the house - in fact, why not give us a little wave!! 
Although you do not have to enter the property to locate the cache and you only have to remove the lid, not the whole box.
This also means we will be able to keep it well stocked with swappables!
