I got this container in a nearby cache. I wanted to keep it near the cache so i placed it here.
The cache is a film canister I put a couple things to trade. There is a small pencil in the cache so you can sign the log.
For this cache you do not have to go up the mountain.
Elevation at this location is about 1185 Feet, Dont forget to get the rest on the way up to the top of the mountain. If you decide to climb the mountain and retrieve the other 4 other caches you will climb to about 3150 feet. The trail to the top is about 2.4 miles one way. The hike up the firetower at the top is worth it for the great 360 deg view.
Parking and trail access is North of Lemington / Colebrook Bridge, on the west side of Route 102, park in gravel pit.
