After hiking up the nearby trail to ye olde Potters Pond Cache, aubs and I thought this would be a nice way to help point the way to that cache, while also commemorating Int'l Geocaching Day! It seemed like a good spot for a letterbox, & it's just right along the way while you head up there, so why not? Note that there is also a tree nearby that will help you cross the river during high water, so that should help with finding the Potter's Pond cache too. Hopefully you enjoy the area as much as we did.
