You have many questions, and although the process has altered your consciousness, you remain irrevocably human. Ergo, some of my answers you will understand, and some of them you will not. Concordantly, while your first question may be the most pertinent, you may or may not realize it is also the most irrelevant.
The Matrix is a system, Neo. That system is your enemy. But when you're inside, you look around, what do you see? Businessmen, teachers, lawyers, carpenters - muggles. The very minds of the people we are trying to save. But until we do, these people are still a part of that system and that makes them your enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unmuggled. And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly dependent on the system, that they won't even notice you.
In The Matrix there are 60 intersections where there are 60 caches. Some of these contain information (all clues are inside the containers) so that you might find Trinity GC5AVY6, Morpheus GC5AVXG, The Oracle GC5AVYV and Agent Smith GC5AVZ5 to gather enough information to take you off the Matrix so that you (FTF) can collect valuable resources at The One GC5AVTG that will enable you to save the world.
But, remember, if you are the One Neo, you may find The One on your own, independently, without help. The 4 will help you. Use them as a Base in your search for The One. Look beyond the Matrix Neo.
There will be no assistance, you will be on your own, except for the assistance from the 4. The task is immense but the reward (for FTF) is bountiful.
Much of what you seek is the same. There are plenty of tools here. Take one, you will need it. If there are none, get one. Those that are not the same will not be the same.
