Tanque da Ribeira da Fonte

In the middle of a luxurious vegetation you can find Ribeira da Fonte and this construction of the XIX/XX century, it's a reservoir with a rectagular shape and with a cannon like roof, with an opening on the front. On the back there's a smaller tank that serves the purpose of receiving the water that goes along some gutters from the rock to the water cistern. On the front there where some water tanks used for washing clothes. Also on the back there's a small path where you can observe the way the water is gathered for the tank and you can find a tunnel excavated on the rock.
