Sept 2014 Meeting/Event Lake Lanier Hydropolooza

We will be meeting at 11:00 at the Fishing Venue in Little Hall Park on Lake Lanier. Little Hall Park has a $4 entrance fee.



For the Hydroplooza we will be gathering at Little Hall Park at the North end of beautiful Lake Lanier. The gathering will be at the fishing venue at Little Hall Park which has boat docks right next to the pavilion for those who wish to join the gathering by boat.

There are plenty of nearby lake caches for those that wish to cache in the area, and plenty of nearby island caches for the finding. We will be providing hot dogs and hamburgers also. As always donations of water, drinks, and snacks are always appreciated

Please post an "will attend" log and list how many people will be in your party. This will be very helpful in the planning of this event.

The GGA event goes from 11:00 to 12:00 where we will talk about GGA business and upcoming event, and serve lunch.

After the event some local cachers have volunteered to provide water transportation to some local lake caches. If you are interested in joining some of these folks please be prepared to donate $10 to help pay for gas.

Also, Any children 13 and under must have and wear a life jacket to go out on the water. It is your responsibility to provide the life jacket. If your child does not have a life jacket, you and your child cannot partake in the boat trips.
