In Margo Dodd Park (or just outside it). You will need to step over but keep well away from the cliff. Many muggles so use stealth. Well hidden.
This place is amazing! There are over 10 off-shore rocks within rock throwing distance (please--no rock throwing) that at times are just covered by sea birds--mainly Brown Pelicans, Pelagic and Brandt's Cormorants, and some Western Gulls. And these birds are at eye level and easily seen with the naked eye. Nothing else like this and a wonderful experience. Check below for any seals or sea otters.
