Geocache Description:

I am a Canadian, living in Germany and our family is heading to France to the beaches of Normandy for our summer vacation. I thought I would visit the beach where Canadians landed and also meet up with some fellow cachers.

I will be at the cache coordinates with the log book at 1600-1800 on the 28 July 2014.

Any local or visiting geocachers are invited and I hope to meet up with quite a few.

Please feel free to bring along any TB's or Geocoins that you have; to be discovered or exchanged.

Anyone with an interest can also visit the Juno Beach Centre prior to or after signing the logbook.

Juno Beach Centre in Normandy France provides a fitting memorial to Canada's participation in the Second World War. It is both a memorial and an educational museum.
