The Anglican parish church has a 15th-century tower but the body of the church was altered in the late 18th century and restored with the addition of a south aisle and porch in 1874, possibly by the Lord of the manor, George Smart. More recently the interior of the church has been refurbished and modern facilities added. The church consists of a west tower, nave and north porch, south aisle and apsidal chancel. The west tower is still mainly intact from its construction in the 15th century.
