Rochefoucauld

The cache COULD be concealed at the posted coords, but PROBABLY not.

François de La Rochefoucauld was a 17th century French author of maxims and memoirs. He is credited with 504 maxims which reflect on the conduct and motives of mankind. One adage in particular, as per the PHOTO below, would suggest that he MIGHT be the father of the "Red Herring."

The Red Herrings would be the FIRST to admit that they could be related to Rochefoucauld- maybe!
