Det är den 25 juni 1888 mitt på dagen. Sommaren har varit ovanligt torr. Inte en enda droppe regn har fallit under hela juni. Klockorna i rådhuset börjar ringa. Du blir orolig - var brinner det?
Denna Wherigo tar dig på en ca en timme lång promenad genom Umeå vid tiden för branden 1888. Jag har försökt placera zonerna så att både de och själva cachen ska vara tillgängliga med rullstol.
Historiska fakta i denna wherigo är återgivna så korrekt som möjligt utifrån vad jag har lyckats ta reda på. Om du ändå skulle finna några felaktigheter är jag tacksam om du meddelar mig detta så att jag kan korrigera dem.

It is midday 25 June 1888. The summer is unusually dry. Not a drop of rain has fallen during June. As it approaches 1pm you hear the Radhuset’s (Town Hall’s) bells ringing. You are worried – where’s the fire?
This Wherigo takes you on an 45 minutes walk through Umeå at the time of the fire 1888. I have tried to pace the zones so that they should be wheelchair accesible. The text is in swedish and english.
I have tried to make the historical facts as correct as i can. If you find that something is wrong please tell me so I can correct it.
