This is a web cache where you need to prove your
visit by including a web cam picture to your log.
When you are at the site, simply call a friend with
internet access and ask for support by refreshing the site until you get a nice picture.
I'd hate to give you undesired advertising, but in this case Netscape Navigator is the better choice of browser. Just 2nd-click the image and "Save image as" and be sure to name the image "something.jpg".
If you use Internet Explorer you will get streaming video through an OCX (which you have to install, or use Netscape/Opera/similar instead) and then you will be unable to save the image. In that case, type Alt+PrtScn to take an instant snap of the window and then paste the picture into a paint program. Please crop the picture to show only the webcam (320x240 pixels).
Use some large item or interesting pose that can identify you on site.
