[ENG] The castle was built 1903.-1904.g. by architect V. Neumann project and is considered one of the early ones Latvian manors, which felt the impact of Art Nouveau. All parts of the building, from the front doors, windows, roof, window shuttersand finally the interior paneling, banisters are designed by W. Neumann. Castle brilliant aesthetic level provides all the trim and the novelty of the technical equipment and high quality. The castle cellars had modern system of drainage, water supply and sewerage system. And in addition to stoves warmed the castle's first district heating system in Kuldiga region. The castle interior trim, staircase elements still have a impact of the neo-Renaissance. The first floor used for the castle owner needs. Castle west corner is a exclusive library. Balcony with a luxurious winding staircase. Beautifully created bookcases, which were heated by hot air from central heating, has been preserved.
Castle second floor used for guest use - living rooms, space to photoshoots, entrance to the spacious balcony. Basement is a kitchen with a big stove and ovens, bakery, wine and root cellars and warehouses.
