Should be an easy find for most folks, please use stealth! You can drive and park at GZ or simply walk to GZ if making your way from the downtown village area. Winter friendly and I believe to be a great addition to the unique family of Caches within the city of Bar Harbor.
This cache is hidden alongside the famous Cromwell Brook which runs through Bar Harbor and spills into Cromwell Cove. GZ can be a busy place where the park buses tend to park for a rest as well the spot of a local baseball field, which doubles as a landing pad for the Lifeflight rescue helicopter which makes its appearance typically when a hiker is injured and has to be airlifted off the island. This should be an easy find for most seasoned and beginner Geocachers. Reports from the field indicate the coordinates being spot on and others have GZ roughly 30-50 feet away. Once in the general area the hiding spot can be obvious. Please use stealth in the area for the obvious reasons, GZ is within a quiet, shady spot where you can enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of the always forgotten Cromwell Brook.
