How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

A BBQ on a scenic lake starting at noon til 3:00.

This event is being held at Natanis Point Campground at the Bear Brook Lodge. We will have a pot luck BBQ and enjoy each others company and share caching stories. Hamburgers and hotdogs will be provided, please bring a dish to share. A few canoes and kayaks are available to rent or bring your own and explore the lake. This should be a fun event as there are many caches in the area and lots of other fun activities to enjoy. Camping is available for a fee, contact the camp area for more info www.natanispointcampground.com .

The campground has water hookups but no electricity. There is no Wi-Fi or cell phone service at the campground. The new geo-caches will be posted on Thursday August 7th so you will be able to download them before leaving to come to the event. Also every geo-cacher attending the event will receive an event pathtag and there will be two or three geo-coins not activated in a few of the new geo-caches. Also there will be other special items in some of the caches. A lot to look forward to.
