Roffey Road Halt
Roffey Crossing Halt opened in June 1907 on the Arun Valley Line between Littlehaven and Faygate Station. One month later, the station was renamed Roffey Road Halt. The station was built to accomodate the sudden growth in housing which did not occur. Just inder 10 years later, the station closed only to reopen on the May 3rd 1920. The station remained open for just open under 17 years before being closed down for the final time.
All that remains of the station today are some concrete posts one which the platforms were on.

MAKE SURE YOU REPLACE THE CONTAINER EXACTLY HOW AND WHERE YOU FOUND IT!
AS THE CACHE IS IN PLAIN SIGHT, PLEASE REPLACE / ADD CAMO.
Please remember to include in your log if you feel that some cache maintenance is required. Single word, acronym, or emoticon logs may be easier when you have a lot of caches to log, but it doesn't tell the hider or other finders anything about your adventure (or lack thereof) in finding the cache. Please keep this in mind when entering your log. Thanks!
