Geocache Description:

Nice view and not so small cache in the heart of Jerusalem.

The cache is located in one of the busiest squares in Jerusalem. Thousands of people going through this place each day, rushing to work, running to catch a bus, waiting on the stone bench for a friend, buying flowers on Friday, finding a cache and until some time ago going to the "Mashbir" a big department store that moved from this place to Zion square.
Talitha Kumi is Aramaic term that occurs in The New Testament when Jesus encountered a little girl at the moment of death.
Mark 5:41, He took her by the hand and said to her, “Talitha koum!”
This term means "Little girl, arise!".
Not far from the square, one of the first buildings that were built outside of the old city walls and the first school of girls in Jerusalem named by this term. The building was established at 1868 and ruined at 1980. Today, you can find the front of the second floor of this building including the original clock and the engraved sign 60 meters from GZ (Look on number 2 below).
On the square you can find also the "Mashbir" building mentioned above and "Migdal Ha'Ir" (The city tower), 21 floors building that was the tallest building in Jerusalem until some years ago.
