The cache is very small and is at a bench looking towards Grosnez Castle. On a clear day there are spectacular views of the other islands as well as the French Coast and the beautiful northern coastline of Jersey. It is well worth a trip out here on a fine summer's evening as Grosnez Castle is one of the best (if not The Best) places to watch and photograph a sunset.. The bench was placed in memory of two late States members, Senator Ralph Vibert and Connetable Denis Ryan who, in the sixties persuaded the States to restore the beautiful Jersey cliff paths. It can be wild and windy up here but the vegetation is beautiful especially when the heather is in full bloom and there are some lovely paths to walk along - it is an easy walk to nearby Plemont where you can relax in the beach cafe .
Please take care up here as there are some steep drops but you do not have to go near any edges to find the cache as it has been placed safely at the bench. You will need to bring a pen and a pair of tweezers would be useful. This is a very popular walking area so beware of muggles and please replace the cache carefully.
Owner's note - as the bench has been removed please ignore all reference to it. The cache has been placed nearby but is still tiny and I have altered the hint.
