Why: To meet local geocachers

How: Show up and interact

What Time: 5:30 p.m. till 7:30 p.m.

I have been caching since 2009. From all night benders to kayaking down rivers, hiking three days into the bush, and climbing mountains, just to get a smiley. Caching places like Dublin, Guadalupe Peak, Brazos River, OHT, Hawaii, Vegas, and NOLA, to name a few. I stopped caching for a few years, now I'm back and would like to meet local area geocachers. I am looking to start a Fort Smith chapter of the Dirtbag Geocaching Society (www.dirtbaggeocachingsociety.com.) If you are interested in becoming a part of DGS - Fort Smith, talk with me at the event.

Everyone is invited, all teams and crews. There will be door prizes and a creative cache contest! Come out and exchange geocaching stories, trade pathtags, and discover trackables.

CREATIVE CACHE CONTEST!!! Tired of pill bottles and film canisters? Here's your chance to show everyone what you've got! I will be holding a creative cache contest. The winner will receive a gift certificate to make their own custom pathtags! No prize for second place, so bring your A game! If you want to participate in the contest message me. All entries have to be turned into me BEFORE the event. They will be numbered and voted on by everyone who attends (who has an active geocaching membership). This way it's anonymous and fair. Good Luck!
