This cache is a Wherigo. To find it you will need to be able to run the Wherigo software. Previousy, certain brands of GPS were required to find Wherigo caches but a recent advancement in smartphones means Wherigo apps are now available for most popular handsets. You will need to download the relevant cartridge for the Wherigo before you start. If you don't have the web on your device, you need to do this before leaving home. This cartridge will lead you to Blackmoustache's Island - if you are successful in finding the first cache, you will be lead to the second treasure chest, which is this cache. You must have found and signed the second cache - Blackmoustache's Treasure - within the cartridge to log this Wherigo cache, and it will only unlock after you have found the first box. Note, you do not need to follow the arrow all the way directly, you can take the same path much of the way if you prefer and follow the arrow when you get closer.
Ay, well, Blackmoustache is famed in these here parts. Whilst often looked down on by the 'better' pirates of the high seas, Blackmoustache still managed to accumulate a notable amount of treasure (which is said to include half a pound of anti woodworm solution, several empty packets of pieces of after eights, some dead weavels, an economy pirate gun that fires only water and his own brand of special extra black moustache dye) whilst completely controlling the small lake from where you begin your quest. It is rumoured that he sailed his micro trawler, the 'Listing Parrot' to the island over yonder to bury his treasure but was outwitted by half a dozen seagulls and couldn't dig a hole with his wooden spade as the island is made entirely of rock. Instead, he chose to hide this treasure chest somewhere else in this wide and vast landlubbered area - but nobody knows where it be hidden until the ancient treasure maps were found recently, which happened to be in Wherigo format...
