Esta cache é o tributo possível a uma cache com o mesmo nome publicada em 22-10-2003 num local de díficil acesso a cerca de 50m S do local do tributo.
A Seagull`s Nest original encontrava-se colocada numa pequena caverna junto à água, e que só seria acessível durante a maré vazia.
O tributo original pretendia mostrar a zona onde se encontrava a cache vista de uma pequena varanda de pedra nas imediações do forte.
O acesso a esta varanda pode ser feito em qualquer altura do ano, no entanto desaconselhamos as visitas nos dias de mau tempo.
Não se aventurem no pequeno passeio que liga a varanda às escarpas a sul, este caminho é muito escorregadio devido à água, lama e mistura de excrementos das gaivotas e pombos que habitam nas escarpas.
Esta nova versão passa por dar uma outra visão sobre o local com um container mais integrado no meio ambiente. Este container está preso com fio de pesca de modo a não cair à água, ainda assim requer atenção durante o seu manuseamento.
Desaconselhamos a visita a esta cache durante a noite e em dias de mau tempo.

This geocache is the tribute to a cache with the same name published in 22-10-2003 in a place quite difficult to access nearly 50m south of the tribute cache coordinates.
The orignal Seagull`s Nest was placed in a small cave near the water level and the access was only possible during low tide.
The orinal tribute cache goal was to show the area where the original cache was placed viewed from a small stone balcony in the fort`s vicinity.
The stone balcony can be accessed during all year, however we discourage the visits during bad weather.
Do not walk through the small path that connects the stone balcony to the southern cliff, this path is very sliperly due to the water, mud and bird faeces.
This new version brings another perspective over the bay and with a more environmental integrated container. This container is tied with fishing line to avoid falling into the water. Nevertheless it requires some care while logging.
We strongly advise not to visit this cache during the night or during bad weather
