Geocache Description:

The geocache nano is located close to Diocletians palace built in 305 CE to serve him in his retirement. The palace is a UNESCO hestiage site.

The south wall of Diocletian's Palace can be seen from the geocache, which now buffers the palace from the sea. When it was originally built, the south wall met the waves and did not offer a main access point into the city.

New structures, some which serve as shops and restaurants, have been built in front of the palace walls, but the wall itself has been restored to preserve its integrity.

The south gate, or Bronze Gate of Diocletian's Palace, serves as one entry into the complex. From this southern facade, it's possible to enter the substructure of the palace.

The cache is a black magnetic nano

We would love to see your beautiful photos of yourself and/or The Riva & Diocletians Palace from the geocache!

At present the log is full. I am in the process of finding somebody willing to adopt the Geocache as I am currently unable to maintain it. If everyone has any paper spare and doesn't mind replacing the log it would be most appreciated.
