This cache was placed for "LOL! - The Event and Contest" (GC54P7Q). It's a simple park and grab! It shouldn't take you too long... just heed the attributes, please.
I don't suggest going after this one at night as it will probably draw too much attention and probably won't be very safe, so please, only attempt it while the sun is up. You'll also appreciate it more during the daylight. Please don't post any photos of the cache, I don't want the experience to be ruined for future cachers.
