Geocache Description:

Of course, this puzzle is to commemorate Scrabble adding the word "geocache" to its dictionary.
I heard some cachers grumble "mutinous words" at how hard DPR 7 was so I opted to make this a bit easier. The scull and crossbones may indicate the "camo" for the container for those who saw DPR 7. Container is a lock n lock. Also, for those going for the grid/terrain rating, it adds a new combination that I don't think has been hidden in this area.
