WWL&CD?
What would Lewis and Clark do the night before an expedition? Why, learn all they could from the locals by plying them with food and drink, of course! Join some local caching folk at the Old Millstream Inn, a charming pub and restaurant, whose large and lovely patio overlooks the site of Geowoodstock XII. In addition to a beer selection topping 100 varieties, we recommend some Mill Fries (a specialty of the house) while you find out about some favorite geocaches and sights in the area. Trade tales, ask questions and have fun! Meriwether and William would approve! (Seaman, too, since the patio is dog-friendly.)
Your hosts for this event are Hid Pro Quo and Geo Kath, a native St. Charles couple who are happy to hold their 2nd Old Millstream bash, the 1st held almost a year ago to the day (May 26, 2013) when they held their WEDDING RECEPTION here!! (Awww.) Trust us, it’s a place where great friendships and memories are made.
Can’t wait to see you!
Public parking available behind the Millstream off Riverfront Drive at the Lewis and Clark Boathouse and Nature Center (See parking coordinates below) or try your luck at finding a rock star spot on Main Street. If you find one, you may want to visit the casino down the street later!
