Splash and Cache Event Cache

This cache event will start out at the Chena River Cabin on Chena Hot Springs Road. We plan to drive up river and launch our raft and kayak and float downstream on the Chena River back to the cabin. We plan on putting several new geocaches along the river route.  Bring your canoes, rafts or kayaks if you have one. We will have room for four.

Please post a "Will Attend" log if you are coming, post if you can bring more watercraft and if you can take extra people.  Bring life jackets (PFD's).  Be prepared to be on the the river for 4 - 6 hours Rain or Shine!  (cuz thats how Alaskans row!)   We will have a campfire potluck at the Cabin. Over nighters welcome, cabin sleeps eight and room for tents and RV's.

This is our first cache event and any suggestions are very welcome.
