Bring and Buy - It could be lucky for you?
When:
Friday June 13th 2014 from 6pm until the LTL (Last To Leave) goes home!
Where:
The Halfway House, Church Street, Connah's Quay, Flintshire Wales CH5 4AS
(Food purchase is optional and NOT required to attend event!)
Why:
To meet up, chat, swap and have a good old great time.
Also; to (try) and raise as much money as we can on the night for the North Wales UK Mega 2016 - we will be drip feeding tasters of how we hope to achieve this leading up to the date of the event.
How:
We will hold a raffle - all donations will be gratefully received.
We will be selling caches and other very useful items.
'Push the button' the winner pushes 'the button' for a nearby cache to go LIVE!
We hope you will come and join us at our event and make it as memorable as previous events.
The event officially starts at 6pm, however, if you wish to arrive earlier for some food then please feel free.
Food can be ordered from 12 noon until 8:45pm.
Sorry, but Junior Geocachers have to leave the premises by 9pm.
A children's Menu is also available upon request.
Would you please state on your log how many will be attending and how many would like to order food. This will allow us to ensure adequate seating will be provided.
Lady Harveyjj will make lots of her scrumptious biscuits again.
