The Little White Church, located at the junction of Highway 2 and Croswell Road has attracted visitors going by for a number of years. In 1952 a plaque was placed on the building. It tells of Bill Rueb, with the help of the community, keeping this piece of history maintained. Since then there have been numerous volunteers that have helped to keep the building and grounds in good condition. It was built in 1933 by Mr. Sam Schmode. Mr. Bill Gormly moved the building to his land, and then sold it to the community. In 1949, Rev. Park with the help of friends and neighbors rebuilt it for this Church. Rev. Goudy built the living quarters on the back in 1950. This building holds a lot of happy memories from Sunday School, regular meetings, and children receiving their first Bible. The community holds the Little White Church and its memories in their hearts and will maintain it for years to come.
