10 Minute Mile
Run a mile in under 10 minutes to receive the cache coordinates! You will be running from point A to B (.5 mile) and then back to A. There are invisible zones along the way to ensure you stay on the trail, so don't get any funny ideas...like driving. Or cutting across the park. If running isn't your thing, the trail is also open to bicycles, long boards, scooters etc.

The Rocky Workout Series
This wherigo is part of the "Rocky Workout Series". Each of these cartridges has been designed to mold you into a champion! Each will require physical stamina in order to obtain the cache, however, if one member of a group completes the task, feel free to bring the rest of the group along to the geocache. Like any puzzle cache, please DO NOT share the final coordinates with anyone who was not present when the task was completed. Also, only the username of the cacher who downloaded the cartridge may be submitted to the high score list.
