We have reached the capacity of the room, any more will be on the wait list. You can still come sign in, and chat, but you may have to eat in the regular restaurant.
The co-ords are for the entrance to the tavern. We'll be gathering in the "Pool Room" which is so named as it used to be full of pool tables. It is now a private banquet room and is located to the left after you enter the tavern. Kids are welcome until 9:00pm. There is lots of parking nearby.
There is a limit of 80 seats, so first logged, first served! If we have 80 people, you can show up, say "hi" and you can still log the event, you just may have to eat in the main restaurant area. Please indicate the number in your party in your "Will Attend" log.
We will have a trivia contest with the traditional prize of the CREW from Waterloo Trivia Trophy. We have some prizes from Cache at Night.
These C.R.E.W. events are a great way to meet other cachers and catch up with the familiar ones. Trade stories of your geocaching adventures. Get tips on how to solve those tricky puzzle caches. Swap travel bugs and geocoins.
