Join the fun as we kick-off a weekend of excitement! Meet fellow geocachers on the eve of the Tri-Cities 2014 Geocoin Challenge (GC4PFN6)!
Where: Richland Community Center - 500 Amon Park Drive, Richland
When: Friday, June 27, 2014 @ 7:00PM & 6:00PM (Geocaching 101 Class)
What: Learn something new, share your experiences and meet other geocachers. We are all in this together!
There will be refreshments and a head start on some of the games that will run during the event like the Poker Run and GeoBingo.
A night cache will be published at 9:00pm for some after dark fun (bring a good flashlight).
We will also have a Trackable Trading Post set up for those people interested in trading coins/trackables.
Bonus: Geocaching 101 class @ 6:00 PM. If you are a beginner, you don’t want to miss this class.
You will learn some tips, techniques and lingo commonly used in the geocaching world. Experienced geocachers are also invited to share their stories.
