You will need to enter the park at the cave to get to the campground.  You may want to pack a lunch and spend a few hours in the quiet out of the way place! 

It's a bit of a hill climb and a challenge to locate, take your time.  The container is not typical, a little of a surprise.  Exchange a trinket if you like.
