~~This cache is placed outside of the church grounds and is accessible all the time.
It is near to a local pub, so please be careful when retrieving and replacing the cache.
~~This was one of the few churches to be built with 2 doors into its porch entrance. One of the doorways was filled in a few years ago after a spate of vandalism.
The other doorway has now had new doors fitted to it in 2013 to commemorate the churches 100th anniversary.
It seats about 100 people and has a warm and friendly atmosphere to its services.
It is suitable for small to medium sized weddings christenings and funerals.
It serves the community of Mount Hill and is the nearest church to the Methodist world-wide heritage site where Charles Wesley preached to the miners of Kingswood.
A stained glass window in the church is dedicated to Charles Wesley.
~~If anybody would like to expand to this series please do, I would just ask that you could let Sadexploration know first at churchmicro@gmail.com so he can keep track of the Church numbers and names to avoid duplication. There is also a Church Micro Stats & Information page found via the Bookmark list”
